Methodist Hospital Hosts RN Open House July 14 - Qualified RNs May Be Eligible for a $30,000 Bonus at Sign-On!

USC Arcadia Hospital will host an Open House for prospective RNs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 14. Qualified nurses who start work prior to Oct.1, 2022 can earn a sign-on bonus of up to $30,000.

“USC Arcadia Hospital and hospitals across the nation are dealing with an ongoing shortage of nurses needed to care for all types of patients,” said USC Arcadia Hospital Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer Deborah McCoy. “The availability of nurses across the country has been severely impacted due to recent retirements, family needs, and COVID-19 infections. Hiring nurses is among our highest priorities.”

By joining the USC Arcadia Hospital team, qualified RNs may be eligible for a $30,000 customizable cash incentive for full-time employment. Qualified nurses may receive this incentive in the form of cash at sign-on, student loan repayment, housing relocation assistance for moves greater than 60 miles, or any combination of these outlays.
