Event Details

The event will feature a fun-filled day of physical fitness followed by elite horse racing. Be sure to bring the whole family as there will be races for everyone. All participants receive a finisher’s medal, shirt, admission to the annual Derby Day horse races in the afternoon, fabulous live entertainment and more!

USC Arcadia Hospital will once again be a major sponsor and a beneficiary of funds raised at this great event. Nutrition consultations, BMI screenings and blood pressure screenings will be available at our event booth.

SATURDAY, APRIL 5, 2025 SCHEDULE

• 6:30 am – Race Day Registration & Packet Pick Up (Gate 3 / Start Line)
  • Location: Santa Anita Race Park, Gate 3. See google map
  • New in 2025: T-Shirts & Goodie Bags are available ONLY in the Parking lot until 11:00 am
• 8:00 am – 5K Open Race (starts in waves)
• 8:20 am – 5K Walk
• 8:30 am – Expo Open!  (Entertainment, Music, Food & Beer Garden)
• 9:00 am – Spring Carnival Opens!
• 9:45 am – Kids Furlong Races (7-12 Years)
• 10:05 am – Homestretch Dash (6 & Under)
• 10:00 am – Awards Ceremony
• 12-5:30 pm – Thoroughbred Racing
• 4:45 pm – $500,000 Santa Anita Derby!
