A peer support group for survivors, family and caregivers of stroke or brain injury.
Navigating life after a stroke or brain injury can be overwhelming for survivors and caregivers. Often, people do not know where to find assistance or who to ask for help. Support groups provide those affected by a stroke or brain injury with a comfortable environment to learn, share stories, gain encouragement and develop new friendships. Connecting with others allows for healing, motivation and coping. Let us assist you to feel empowered and gain hope in making new strides in your recovery.
The Stroke Support Group meets:
Date: The 2nd Wednesday of every month
Time: 2 to 3 p.m.
