ARCADIA, Calif. (February 9, 2022) – USC Arcadia Hospital of Southern
California will host an Open House for prospective RNs from 10 a.m. to
3 p.m. on Thursday, March 10. Qualified nurses who start work prior to
July 1, 2022 can earn a sign-on bonus of up to $30,000.
USC Arcadia Hospital is located at 300 W. Huntington Drive in Arcadia, Calif.,

“USC Arcadia Hospital and hospitals across the nation are dealing with
an ongoing shortage of nurses needed to care for all types of patients,”
said USC Arcadia Hospital Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer Deborah
McCoy. “The availability of nurses across the country has been severely
impacted due to recent retirements, family needs, and COVID-19 infections.
Hiring nurses is among our highest priorities.”
Currently available at USC Arcadia Hospital are nursing opportunities for
full-time, part-time, per diem, nights, and weekend shifts, including:

- Stand-by pay, Callback pay, Preceptor pay, Lead Assignment pay, High Census bonus
By joining the USC Arcadia Hospital team, qualified RNs may be eligible for
a $30,000 customizable cash incentive for full-time employment. Qualified
nurses may receive this incentive in the form of cash at sign-on, student
loan repayment, housing relocation assistance for moves greater than 60
miles, or any combination of these outlays.
