Patient safety is our highest priority at USC Arcadia Hospital. During this
current surge of COVID-19 cases, we are not allowing visitors in the hospital
at this time in order to provide the safest possible environment for all
patients and staff.
For Patients & Visitors
Patient Rights at USC Arcadia Hospital
Patients are entitled to privacy and involvement in their healthcare while
receiving treatment. Knowing your rights as a patient or visitor of our
hospital is important so that you can feel confident that your information
is confidential and feel free speaking up about what you want and need
during your stay.

We also want you to be aware of all the features available to you as a
patient, including spiritual counseling from hospital chaplains and assistance
for foreign language speakers through translation and interpretation services—two
complimentary services offered at no charge. Make the most out of your
time at the hospital by learning about every service that can be used
to make your stay easier.
We want to make your experience with us as convenient as possible. Medical
situations can be stressful, and you have enough to think about without
worrying about the administrative details of your hospital stay. We offer
several online resources that make paying your bill easier and provide
important information about insurance and financial resources.
