About the speaker: Victoria Pacheco is a Registered Dietitian who works in the Community Outreach Department at USC Arcadia Hospital. She works with a variety of patients to provide nutritional counseling that include clients with gestational diabetes, heart disease, cancer and weight management. She teaches monthly diabetes classes and provides nutritional education and screenings at community events. Victoria graduated from Cal State Los Angeles as a Registered Dietitian and has both her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Nutrition. Victoria is the author of a published a nutrition textbook and she is on the faculty at Pasadena City College and Cal State Los Angeles. Victoria also has a Certificate in Adult Weight Management with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
