Women Investing in Nurses (W.I.N.)

W.I.N. is comprised of a group of passionate community members committed to supporting ongoing education for all nurses at our local community hospital, USC Arcadia Hospital.

Our mission is to elevate our nurses through vital Nursing Education funding. In an era of heightened demand, well-trained nurses across different medical specialties are essential. From emergency care to childbirth and recovery, ongoing training and education empowers nurses and gives them the skillsets they need, drastically impacting the lives and outcomes of our patients.

Funds from WIN in past years have provided specialized training for nurses in critical care, cardiac, stroke, cancer, maternity services and more. Ongoing training allows our nursing staff to get the latest information on how to provide targeted care for every patient who comes seeking treatment at our hospital.

Save the date! 2023 Afternoon Tea

After a two-year hiatus, the 9th annual Afternoon Tea finally returned to the Arcadia Community Center on September 11. Over 150 guests enjoyed tea, champagne and mimosas, a silent auction and fashion show featuring RNs and other USC Arcadia Hospital staff. The event raised over $18,000 for Nursing Education at USC Arcadia Hospital.
